OVERVIEW

FW.004/TS_01 CAP_001 was developed as a dedicated regulation layer for the head and upper face during daily movement. Constructed entirely from the TS_01 Glacial Mesh platform, the system prioritizes airflow over structure, utilizing an ultralight open-weave textile that remains breathable even during sustained effort.

Unlike traditional running caps that rely on heavier woven fabrics for shape retention, CAP_001 minimizes material density wherever possible. The result is a lightweight profile designed to reduce heat accumulation around the head while maintaining coverage from direct sunlight and visual distractions.

Optimized for short-distance runs, recovery sessions and everyday training, CAP_001 serves as the lightest expression of the FW.004 Motion System.

TEXTILE_SYSTEM

Glacial Mesh is the regulation platform underpinning the FW.004 Motion System. Built around open structures rather than dense constructions, the textile is engineered to promote continuous airflow and rapid moisture evaporation during movement.

Within CAP_001, the system is deployed across the entire crown structure, allowing heat generated during activity to escape through the textile rather than becoming trapped beneath the cap. This approach reduces thermal buildup while maintaining an exceptionally lightweight feel throughout use.

The resulting experience is less about protection and more about regulation—allowing the wearer to remain cool, dry and comfortable during repeated daily efforts.
